APDF Leadership Forum with Rhoda Pitcher: Leadership Effectiveness, Breaking the Barriers to Success

Friday, December 5, 2008 — December 5, 2008 Shutters on the Beach Santa Monica, California

At least two pathways are open to us—continuing what has been done before and the more difficult, creating a new pathway. Since 1978, Rhoda Pitcher has engaged major corporations (Starbucks, lululemon, GE, Guinness and Sears), start-ups, non-profts and individuals in creating and fulfilling new pathways to see beyond the expected, the typical, the, “We've always done it this way” attitude.

This Leadership Forum is targeted to firm owners and senior managers...leaders who have the courage and skills to topple old ideas, and who believe in change passionately enough to make it happen. At this Forum, you will become skilled at:

  • Distinguishing issues that are your barriers to growth
  • Understanding how reinventing your firm's leadership creates the platform for reinventing business performance
  • Creating strategies that enable you to lead the shift required to cause breakthrough in your firm's performance
  • Developing an action plan that will make a real and sustainable difference within the next year
